Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Ah - the joys of living in paradise....... made it to the Wharte Man's airport for the free flight, though.... does she identify as Australian or some other sovereignty?

That's what comes of not having a world class hospital on every corner.... buggar.  250,000 years of practice and they still need help... never been the same since 1788.

Bwiyawny mong hid this Aboriginal news  in Defence where nobody can comment on it.

Army veteran says she feels less safe in Townsville than serving overseas in riot zone

Two businesses were ram-raided by stolen cars, and another broken into on Monday morning alone.  One business, an e-scooter shop, has been ram-raided twice in six days.

Indigenous advocates Lee-Toya Sirriss and Alfred Smallwood Jr said they had concerns about aspects of the "adult time, adult crime" laws.  Indigenous advocates Lee-Toya Sirriss and Alfred Smallwood Jr said they had concerns about aspects of the "adult time, adult crime" laws.

Ms Sirriss said she was concerned about a lack of discipline in homes, and a need for comprehensive on-country rehabilitation.

She too blames the parents. Tsk, tsk  Shocked Shocked

Ah... But the point is that it was an Aboriginal aircraft, Aboriginal pilot, Aboriginal airfield, Aboriginal birth canal, Aboriginal baby, Aboriginal everything. They had all this for 40,000 years, whitey has just erased it and denied it and appropriated it all.

But now we are proudly celebrating it. Or celebrating it proudly - I forget the korrekt , respectful to 'elders past present and emerging' way to say it.
Proud. Celebrate.

Frank, Gnads, Jasin, and Grap.

It’s a predictable chorus, isn’t it? The same individuals who bristle with indignation whenever a post dares to deviate from their preferred narrative, a narrative that all too often fixates on denigrating Indigenous Australians. Their reaction? A swift pivot to unrelated stories that conveniently align with their agenda, no matter how tenuous the connection to the original post.

They’re not racist, of course. But...

It is the second unusual incident at the tourist town's airport to have occurred recently — last month a snake was found on a departing aircraft.

And that incident was reported by Bbwian on the Snake Affairs board.

My ex gave birth to my daughter about 13 years ago in the carpark of where I worked. My daughter has just completed her second year of high school. I had to assist in the delivery process as we awaited the ambulance to arrive. I used a second shirt to wrap my daughter up and keep her warm. May 2011. I forget the actual date. But the ambulance took their frickin' time getting there. They were probably overwhelmed in dealing with some junkies having their stupid moments of madness.
