Why?  He's not a 13-year-old girl.

Quote:
Compulsive sexual behavior is sometimes called hypersexuality or sexual addiction. It's an intense focus on sexual fantasies, urges or behaviors that can't be controlled. This causes distress and problems for your health, job, relationships or other parts of your life.

Compulsive sexual behavior may involve different kinds of commonly enjoyable sexual experiences. Examples include masturbation, sexual arousal by using a computer to communicate, multiple sexual partners, use of pornography or paying for sex. But when these sexual behaviors become a major, constant focus in your life, are difficult to control, cause problems in your life, or are harmful to you or others, that's likely compulsive sexual behavior.

No matter what it's called or the exact nature of the behavior, untreated compulsive sexual behavior can damage your self-esteem, relationships, career, health and other people. But with treatment and self-help, you can learn to manage compulsive sexual behavior.

9. Plaintiff was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a
series of parties, with other similarly situated minor females, held at a New York City residence
that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. At least four of the parties were attended by
Defendant Trump. Exhs. A and B. On information and belief, by this time in 1994, Defendant
Trump had known Defendant Epstein for seven years (New York, 10/28/02, “’I've known Jeff for
fifteen years. Terrific guy,’' Trump booms from a speakerphone. ‘He's a lot of fun to be with. It
is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger
side. No doubt about it -- Jeffrey enjoys his social life.’”), and knew that Plaintiff was then just
13 years old. Exhs. A and B.

10. Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties.
On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiff
to a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During the
course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but
with no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted. Exhs. A and B.

11. Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened Plaintiff that, were

Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed. Exhs. A and B.

Ridiculous. Trump is the first convict President how could Biden deprive him of such a first.

And then pardon himself - A double banger!

Two reasons why Trump would resent being pardoned!

Ahhh, the irony!

Trump the criminal rapist insurrectionist. No Pardon is due. He will remain forever an embarrassment and an illegitimate leader.

The price we pay for believing in democracy is trusting that its institutions will hold and that the majority is always right.

If not, what's the alternative?

Does Trump last 4 years, he is unhealthy and unstable now, he has the 25th to contend with along with his health and sanity. He is very likely a dead duck Prez by 2026. People who voted Trump are already waking up to their error.

But to the topic - Why would anyone pardon this criminal monster. There is simply no case for doing so.

Given Biden's about-face on the pardoning of his son - thus flattening the Democrat's moral high ground - he has handed Trump the grounds for doing the same for the Jan 6 rioters and, ultimately, himself; dragging the presidential moral decline, in the use of the constitutional power to pardon, down to its logical conclusion - the power to pardon the pardoner.

By pardoning Trump and the Jan 6 rioters, Biden would restore some of the lost moral high ground by rebalancing a sense of justice and fairness and, using Ford's rationale over Nixon, closing and sealing the book of grievances and chaos, that has plagued the presidency for 8 years, for the good of the country.

Trump can do what he likes, give himself a pardon from 1920 to 2090, his children can spend the next four years breaking any law they want and he can just pardon them.

Changing of the guard and now its Trump turn to take what he wants, he may even end up as rich as Clintons, Obama, Pelosi, Biden and the rest of the democrat millionaires.

Democrats can't complain, I don't think any of them are worth less than $150 mil. I think Pelosi is the most wealthy (still earning) but I'm not sure, Nader or Shiff could be wildcards because they don't flash their wealth. Clintons stand out as probably the biggest recipients of hard earned cash.

I strongly disagree with that perspective.

The Democrats must abandon their outdated fixation on playing by the rules and start taking cues from the Republican playbook. The so-called norms, decorum, process, and tradition, are mere obstacles to the Republicans, discarded whenever they impede their agenda.

The Democrats, and even the ALP here in Australia, gain nothing by clinging to the moral high ground or "doing the right thing."

There is no value in losing an election simply to have some historian in 100 years reading through the history books and seeing that Labor or the Dems ran an honourable yet losing campaign.

It's time they step into the fray, get their hands dirty, and meet their opponents on their own ruthless terms.

We all know 45 was destined to exploit every ounce of power the moment he set foot in office. Why, then, should Biden and the Democrats refrain from wielding power just as unapologetically?

As for the hollow outrage from the hypocrites who decry these tactics, it deserves neither sympathy nor consideration. Their performative indignation carries no weight, it is nothing more than noise.

It's almost like some posters here who will complain that you're not answering their questions or engaging with them in a good-faith discussion when they've been abusive the whole time and don't ever answer any questions put to them.  It is especially delicious watching them meltdown when having to face someone treating them exactly how they treat others, throwing their own behaviour back in their face.

We're in exactly the same place now with those complaining about what Biden has done.  You'd support 45 doing it, so I don't care what you have to say about Biden.

45 was always going to act this way, nothing Biden did or didn’t do would have made the slightest difference.

It’s time the Democrats stopped pretending the old rules matter and started fighting as ruthlessly as 45.

Good on Biden for finally showing the backbone to play their game.

Given Biden has now revealed his hand and has kicked the final moral soapbox out from under the Democratic Party, he should complete the process by pardoning Trump. for all crimes he committed or may have committed between Jan 2016 and Jan 2020.

He should then grant a blanket pardon to all the Jan 6 rioters.

This would return balance to the public's sense of justice and fairness that the pardoning of Hunter Biden has skewed.

More importantly, as Ford said in his defence of pardoning Nixon, he was using his constitutional power to 'firmly shut and seal this book' out of concern for the 'future of this great country'.

America gains nothing by reliving 2016 to 2020, (and now 2024) for the next decade.

Pardon them all and firmly shut and seal this book, before Jan 20, 2025, so it ends now.

Just so. You'd also expect Sleepy Joe pardon Jeff and his girlfriend Ghislaine, good friends of the big fella, back in their Palm Beach days.

Jeff was a great guy to party with. Mr Trump wishes Ghislaine well. The Epstein client list?

Forgive and forget. Best to let bygones be bygones, no?

Rule of law, innit.
