we are always in the situation of reacting to our environment

but we get to choose the reaction

in the case of incessant yawning, the correct reaction is

i firmly believe that , by the law of entropy, failure is the normal state and living a life of pure garbage is the default

brian is a mosquito, a pest and a source of mild discomfort but he serves a purpose.

he allows us to exercise our RAS, our selective focus and look past the discomfort and keep our focus on the bigger prize

you'd be sleepy before you finished page 1

its why most people HATE any form of self help

its hard work and they seek comfort, not challenge

you definitely bounce out of bed with only 2 questions .

how do i maximise comfort

anything that threatens that causes an intense anxiety in your hypnotic state

Buddhist mental equilibrium or nonreactive mindfulness would necessarily exclude posting about it.
