My product looks a lot like a burqa, but with a discreet backpack.
It covers the face, except for the eyes. It is an ankle-length robe. If you also want to cover your eyes, you can of course wear sunglasses.
Inspiration for the Burqool is partially drawn from the stillsuit, featured in Frank Herbert's Dune. Except in his book, the Fremen somehow survive in the desert without the benefit of perspiration. Well he wasn't the science kind of science fiction writer.
The face covering is because a regular mask won't protect you from the rampant airborn algae in our future super-tropical atmosphere. You need electromechanical filtering for that. There's space around the neck for the necessary machinery, or it could go in the backpack.
But the basic idea is to keep cool. You will have kilos of lithium batteries (in the backpack) or whatever better kind of battery is available. The whole inside of your robe will be air-conditioned (filtered and cooled) to whatever standard you can bear. If you don't mind being a bit hot, your battery will last longer.
If it really catches on, there will be public charging stations, and ambulance crews will carry a fast charging station for the inevitable callouts when someone had to stay outside for six hours and their battery conked out.
Anticipating that some people will object to wearing a long dress in public, a less efficient version of the Burqool will be available, with baggy trousers and tight cuffs around the ankles.
I know it sounds a bit oppressive, but fashions can change.
I'm open to design improvements, also startup capital.
