In the Civil Court proceeding the jury has sole & last say & determination as to the legal findings against Trump.....the judge's statements, just like Gweggy's Geobbels fixations, are 100% irrelevant.

Trump ordered to pay additional $83.3 million to E. Jean Carroll in defamation case

NEW YORK (AP) — A jury has awarded a huge $83.3 million in additional damages to advice columnist E. Jean Carroll, who says former President Donald Trump damaged her reputation by calling her a liar after she accused him of sexual assault.

The verdict was delivered Friday by a seven-man, two-woman jury in a trial regularly attended by Trump, who abruptly left the courtroom during closing arguments by Carroll’s lawyer, only to later return.

And thirdly, Trump was ordered to pay writer E Jean Carroll $US83.3 million (in excess of 5 times more than what Trump gets from the ABC). That money goes straight into her bank account, and she can do with it what she wants.

So, can you explain how the rapist is "winning" in this thread?
