Greggy -

Stephanopoulos said during the interview that Trump
"has been found liable for rape by a jury."

Trump, however, was found liable in a civil case for sexually abusing Carroll,
not liable for her alleged rape.

Excellent - we're getting somewhere.

You acknowledge that he is a violent sexual abuser of women.

No "winning" there.

So, on to the second point:

Does the $15 mil go into the rapist's personal bank account, for him to spend on whatever he wishes?

Yes Likely indirectly. It is meant for his library but that would consist of 3 comic books which he will never read.

Seen the other day someone suggest for the Democrats to raise a vote in the house and senate for the 14th amendment section 3 to remove the disability preventing Trump from holding office. This would need a 2/3 majority in both houses to allow Trump to take office.

Quote:
Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Not at all.

He violently raped her with his fingers, not his penis. You, Leroy and your fellow defenders of sexual predators have all established this as a fact now.  It's an own goal.

Now, back to the "winning".

If we subtract the $15 mil that the rapist is getting from the ABC from the $83.3 mil that he has to pay the woman he raped, we get $68.3 mil.

How is the fact that Trump has to pay out $68.3 million (along with the fact that it is now established beyond all doubt that he's a violent sexual predator) a "win"?

How are you going to spend it, new car, overseas holiday?.

Greggy,
you should be apologising.

You implied that Trump rammed his sausage into some old hag 20 years ago.   Roll Eyes

But.......If the person being ordered to pay $68.3 million decides that it would be much better to fight it through appeals & copious expensive counter suits until one or both dies,  or if she caves in because she is teetering on becoming destitute as well as bedridden in her final years, who wins then?

The rapist in question has already paid the money, dear.

"Trump has posted bond in both cases—paying the money he owes into a court-controlled account—which includes enough money to cover interest on the payments, paying $5.5 million in the first case and $91.6 million in the second."

So, where is the "winning"?

I'm curious.

But as you well know, appeals & counter suits freeze all that cash....no payouts until all litigation is behind them....so if it never ends because the rich guy is holdin' on 'till the bitter end....So, who wins then?

You seem to be having trouble understanding.

The rapist has already paid the money.

"Trump has posted bond in both cases—paying the money he owes into a court-controlled account—which includes enough money to cover interest on the payments, paying $5.5 million in the first case and $91.6 million in the second."

The rapist's bank account has dropped by $97.1 million.

He does not have that money any more.

So tell me, how is that "winning"?

I'm curious.

Bobbi?

Yes, or no?

Bobbi - let's say you catch the 96 tram to Crown for a night out on the town, and 20 minutes after you get on the gaming floor you lose $97 on a blackjack table.

However, at the end of the night you win $15 playing roulette.

You catch the 96 back home with $82 less in your wallet than when you arrived.

Would you call that night, overall, a win or a loss?

I'm curious.

Bibles made in China, shoes made in China, red hats made in China, guitars made in China, cologne made in ... well, I think you know where this is going ...
