Assault rifles are not banned in the US or in Australia and I defy you to shew where, at law, they are banned.

The ban was allowed to expire in 2004 without being renewed, and assault rifles once again became legal in the United States.

No doubt you are hiding behind another of your self-serving self-defence ideology's 'definitions', while ignoring the effects of poverty and inequality on the levels of violence in a community.

Didn’t miss it, how could I ?
I read Phil’s Funnies with enjoyment.
I’m not hiding behind definitions I merely stick to definitions instead of flights of fancy.
So I’ll say it again, now listen [or read] carefully, assault rifles have never been banned in either the US or Australia.
