And nevermind that you restricted access to the best US medical care to the rich and powerful.

Something we can agree on, imagine how many things wouldn't exist if not for America. The US isn't driving your cars, flying your planes or buying much of anything you produce. There are not many industries where if someone is killed the people cheer and it doesn't really seem to be much more than self defence. I suspect that people wouldn't mind seeing more Health CEO's unalived. This is a very sad situation.

An industry that contributes to the death of close to 100,000 people per year has problems.

The US health industry is profit driven and corrupt.
