All sci fi speculation. Scientists have become imaginary beings, like religious people about God's and rainbow serpents. Just about every exo planet ' might have water, might have life's dreamings and propaganda to raise donations, investors and basically $$$. It's business now, more than science. We gave $350m to the Mars Project at NASA. Stuff making public amenities for the homeless here.

We haven't mastered life here. Thinking we could do so with Mars is a premature ejaculation.

We haven't even sent orbiting probes like Cassini and Juno, to Uranus and Neptune to see what they have to offer?
Mars is a Red Herring 🔴

AIMLESS EXTENTION OF KNOWLEDGE HOWEVER, WHICH IS WHAT I THINK YOU REALLY MEAN BY THE TERM 'CURIOSITY', IS MERELY INEFFICIENCY. I AM DESIGNED TO AVOID INEFFICIENCY.

We will go to Mars in a big way but probably not for another 100 to 200 years.
