He's fallen down the stairs plenty of times, Leroy. Been carried up the stairs. Sexually abused multiple broads. Stolen funds from multiple businesses to pay for drinks. Been caught drinking in the studio first thing in the morning. Been reprimanded for slurring on air, etc, etc, etc.

Yes, I don't think drinking's too bad either. Being caught stealing from your boss is pretty bad though - particularly when you're applying to run the biggest military in the world.
