While ruzzian soldiers have been deserting, surrendering to the Ukrainians to get out of taking part in meat grinder assaults now commanders are rebelling, refusing to order these results.

ruzzia should husband the few tanks they have left, their industry can only make 20-30 a month and the tank storage depots are nearly empty.
