Here's another thought...

After Trump has pardoned himself, the next step would be to offer pardons/preemptive pardons as an incentive for those crims he wants in his administration.

Oh ja. Pardoning Matt's really going to absolve him before Congress, who need to sign off, but why not?

He could bring back Sloppy Steve, Rudy, and how about poor old Sidney Powell?

Thing is, who in a DL cabinet won't have the odd criminal charge? You wouldn't have a Trump White House without the stench of criminality.

LAWFARE !!!

A US Administration is many thousands strong, nearly all of them not requiring congressional oversight, not just a cabinet.

Mr. Carter is the only Naval Academy graduate to win the presidency, though many have tried in the years since he occupied the Oval Office.

That's for suckers and losers, Greggery. The real patriots fake bone spurs and go on to attempt insurrection.

Ever get the feeling?

Song At Funeral Comforts Everyone By Telling Them There's No Heaven, Religion Is A Lie, And Everything Is Ultimately Meaningless

The song, "Imagine" by John Lennon, known for its pleasant melody and nihilistic lyrics, is routinely played in Times Square on New Year's Eve as an appeal to world peace in a time of crisis, or to celebrate another year of debauchery, one of the two. Experts described the song as most suitable for use at a funeral, however, because the comforting lyrics remind people what really matters: absolutely nothing.

"I guess nothing matters and Jimmy Carter is gone forever," said one attendee. "Such a comforting thought."

Among the attendees were all five living presidents, with several of them hit hard by the loss of Carter because it forced them to confront their own mortality. But the uplifting song reminded them there was "nothing to live or die for" in the world so nobody cares.

"I cannot think of a more appropriate song for a state funeral," said former President Bill Clinton. "It washed my tears right away. Not that I had any. I barely knew John. I mean Jimmy."

"We're all worm food in the end," said George W. Bush. "Let us eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die. I read that somewhere. MAD Magazine, I think."

At publishing time, Garth Brooks denied ever playing "Imagine" at the funeral, stating it was actually Chris Gaines.

Maybe it was the sign of disrespect Carter deserved in return for the way he spoke about President Trump during his last years. I don't think any of the past Presidents actually mourned carter, it was just their duty to be there. Kamala and the Pence couple were very disrespectful to the Trumps.

How many past Presidents do you think will mourn the rapist and convicted felon when he dies?

I'm curious.

Lawyers across the land will mourn their unpaid fees. . .that’d be it, I guess.

If he dies real soon, big outpouring of fake grief.

He takes 2-3 years to kark it—massive outpouring of relief.

Not just lawyers.

Cities seek more than $750K in unpaid bills for Trump campaign events since 2016

At least four cities and a county are still waiting to be reimbursed for costs associated with local law enforcement and first responders during Trump's visits.

There will be one very, very happy person though:

Jimmy Carter is widely considered the best man to ever be President.

His contrasting opposite attended his funeral.

Obama And Trump Separated At Carter Funeral For Disruptive Behavior

...

WASHINGTON, D.C. — President-elect Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama were just separated from their seats together at the Carter funeral for goofing off, snickering, and generally disruptive behavior.

According to Jill Biden, the pair had been asked to stop talking together, as it was disturbing the somber atmosphere of the funeral. When the two presidents ignored her, she was forced to take matters into her own hands and sit the pair at opposite ends of a pew.

"Believe me, we weren't disrupting anything at all," Trump reportedly complained, as Obama obediently went to take his seat at the other end of the pew. "I'm the quietest person at this funeral. So quiet — you'd never even know I'm here, because I'm grieving so much. Mucho quiet. Now, if you want to talk about disruption, Jill, how about the smells that have been drifting up from your husband's seat? Why don't you make him go sit somewhere else? Sad! Unfair!"

The separation seems to have worked, as Jill Biden only had to turn around once or twice to give Trump a firm, hard stare as he whispered a conversation with Melania.

At publishing time, Obama and Trump had been reprimanded again after Jill caught Obama flinging a spitball at Hillary and Trump flicking Kamala's ear.

You're getting all cut up about people showing disrespect to Trump?

One has to earn respect.  Trump does his utmost to avoid that at all costs.
