Trump should have asked to be judged by a jury of his peers

Trump challenged the $5 million civil verdict alleging the trial judge made numerous errors, including allowing testimony of two other women who claimed Trump sexually assaulted them.

The appeals court concluded the trial judge didn’t abuse his discretion in ruling on evidence. Even if he made any errors, they said, given the strength of Carroll’s case, they are not persuaded Trump’s rights were affected to warrant a new trial.

All these women came out of the woodwork only after he ran and won in 2016.
The Caroll incident supposedly happened in 1996, ie 20 YEARS earlier.
She never said anything about it publicly until she had a book to sell, and then only sued Trump for denying it, ie a civil case of supposed defamation.

The helpful NY Dem machine introduced a law to extend the statute of limitation so they - yes, the Dems, not Carroll - could add battery to her defamation case.
