Both ruzzia and Ukraine have a problem of high numbers of desertions from front lines.

If the eastern, occupied part of Ukraine can be demined (by ex ruzzian soldiers?) then Ukraine can send wheat to ruzzia, reducing the hunger. Keeping ruzzian soldiers busy out of ruzzia and earning some money could be a big help to Putler and the ruzzian government. Plenty rebuilding to be done.

Hopefully Putler will be defenestrated or escapes out of ruzzia the new government will have an easier job making and implementing the peace plan.
