In 2019, on the coattails of his wildly successful '12 Rules For Life', Jordan Peterson toured Australia.

I had read the book and watched the videos. including that video - the Cathy Newman one - and was impressed enough with the Peterson phenomenon, to buy a ticket to the show.

And what a show it was! After Dave Rubin had warmed up the crowd, Peterson - all suited and booted - in the character of something like Kramer from Seinfeld, was in a full rant for at least an hour as he rampaged, Kramer-like, up and down the stage, arms flailing, becoming more shrill with every half-goose step, until he finally collapsed into his stage chair to begin taking questions from the audience.

It left me with some doubts about whether he was, y'know... OK.

Then came more videos in which he seemed progressively even more unhinged.

Then the crazed tweets on Twitter.

Then his wife's serious illness.

Turned out, that his often-repeated rant about 'being the strongest person at your own father's funeral' didn't extend to being strong for his wife...

As his wife, Tammy faced the possibility of death, Jordan melted down and crashed, ending up coming to, chained to a bed in a Russian psychiatric hospital - Seinfeld couldn't have dreamt this up for Kramer.
