i.e.

"A little over a year ago"

.......the      2 offenders     who have already been through the program
'completed it successfully'........[without re-offending].

Is this crime diversion program a real success ?

In the last 12 month period,    ........two persons who undertook the program, have not re-offended.

Because Aboriginal people need a special program to accept responsibility for their actions.


No doubt it will attract some funding. They wouldn't accept responsibility without extra funding.
