Poor freediver. Doesn't know squat about offshore turbines. There are two anchoring systems currently in use. One is a monopile, that is one anchoring point, the other, for floating wind farms has an array of cables affixed to multiple anchoring points. Otherwise the wind farms would wander wherever wind and wave took them. And the transmission cables don't have much stretch. Wink
