First of all, it's President-Elect Trump. He hasn't been sworn in yet. Secondly, what is there to de-classify about Port Arthur? Is there something that has been classified? I think you've been sniffing too much glue!

Why didn’t Trump do this when he was president the first time?

And, why does he say he’s going to do this de-classification stuff before he’s in office?
It’s like giving whenever has access to them before he’s president, to do something, like make them redacted or disappear.

I think I just worked it out!
Since Trump was no longer president, they all went on a witch hunt against any of his wrong doings.
Pointing fingers at him whilst most had their own wrong doings not highlighted:
Little did they expect he would rise to be in a position of president/power again… now it’s revenge time… and time for others to face sone music with declassifications.
Well… they asked for it.
You know the old adage, never kick a man when he’s down….etc
