     This morning, Jan 20, ABC24 had a politician guest who stated ‘we want first home buyers to buy a house’ bottom of screen stating ‘reducing 20% mortgage loan deposits.’

     My theory is that the 2 ‘Author’ movies examples of rich people whom would control US banking finance, whom through associations control crude oil and other commodities, whom can cut supplies of shipping to countries of goods and resources to counties whom don’t play economic games designed to control world population growth, share of available resources to counties.

     The fictional story The Bourne Identity 2002 movie was initially about chemically programmed assassins, the movie character Bourne assassinating an African country leader who showed in a movie scene ‘he didn’t want to do as he was told by some established world authority’.

     Poliana character personality favouring believing stated ideas are favouring good, they’re wanting to feel good, wanting to feel no anxiety.

     Low interest rate property buying boom borrowers maximised borrowing looking on the bright side of assumptions, whom to have interest rates increase based on a fake theory higher interest rates will reduce rising inflation. After 2 years of higher than what most borrowers borrowed to purchase property, many businesses have stopped trading, many of whom lost money attempting to free themselves from business associated financial commitments.
     On hearing such news stories, the bright side of life Polianas are either too busy to speculate why, even after hearing media finance news that high interest rates are forcing businesses into bankrupcy. The other reason for a lack of realisation is that most people don’t want to worry as mere thinking anxiety means slowing down the progress of school tasking before a subject period ends repressing anxiety memories.

     RBA statements that “increased productivity” will reduce inflation pressures while high interest rates sends businesses into bankruptcy or at least make doing business less profitable businesses may as well close down. Competition and productivity are declining

     Any inspiring couples whom chose to delay having children in favour of buying a house, whom are paying rent to live in a house, having children while working many hours to save that 20% deposit, buying a dream house may not be possible until couples are aged in their early 30s. A 30 years mortgage depending on interest rates chasing wage inflation, couples may take 30 years to fully own a mortgage free house.

     If I were to suggest, seems to me there’s a contriving conspiracy, readers of this post would need to process thoughts, a not Poliana thinking on the good/bright side of life.

     I once more resort to my theory, to why most educated people can’t correctly think without feeling fear of learning something particularly when that something idea conflicts with what is Poliana bright side of life believed.

     Australia has a wealthy colourful well laid out looking property market, with no just over the border enemies whom leaders due to high population growth have intentions of invading Australia. Yet high population growth in many countries has an increased immigration Australian politicians say they intend to reduce for the sake of looking like ‘a for the Australian people’ democracy for future elections. As years pass Australians hear recent past year immigration has increased compared to previous years.
     Poliana populations are such easy manipulated pushovers when their school education was so mentally traumatising students learning irrelevant stuff, students only incentive were to participate in a competition to be seen by others to have high scoring outcomes to obtain future better employment than that of students with lower scores Poliana assumptions.

     High interest rates reducing mortgage holders affordable life style and to reduce the number of planned children delaying future child births, increased immigration competing for limited rented property, pushing up property prices and increased demand on building material resources.

     When I witness several adults talking to each other, I witness conversations leading to outbursts of laughter. Why! I assume most people are influenced by their own bad school education that the only time when being in classrooms were enjoyable are when students were laughing at something being said... that teachers being serious was like listening to serious media stories. Working class adults in serious conversations, conversations were similar to serious talking teachers students found difficult to listen to wanting to repress traumatising memories of teachers being serious about learning, teachers forcing students to remember not enjoyable to listen to statements, that modern day media programs are frequently talking about boring topics like politics here in Australia and elsewhere, repeatedly saying the same news as though news were important which had to be heard over and over. A theory being that commercial channel radio and television stations frequent same statement commercials are intended to wear down/punish listeners ability to be seriously relevant using similar statements as my frequent postings.

     Media comedy and fun programs which aren’t that funny using canned laughter which aid programming listeners into laughing when they’re own conversational topics aren’t mant to be serious.
