Nah... it wasn't an intentional Nazi salute in reference to white supremacy, Hitler or the Nazi government of Germany.

I originally thought no he didn't do that, but in fact he did it 4 or 6 times. He thumped his chest and extended his arm fingers outstretched and thumb in.

Had he only done it once you could imagine an excuse where he got something wrong. But he managed 3 sets of 2 almost perfect salutes with the movie style chest thump.
