The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees citizenship and equal protection under the law.

It was adopted in 1868 in response to the issues faced by formerly enslaved people after the American Civil War.

So Democrats didn’t wan’t African Americans to have Citizenship, Protections or even to vote…  this was all changed with the 14th…

It has nothing to do with Illegal invaders…

So as i say - lets see what happens going forwards, as i can see this going to the Supreme Courts ..

There is an industry where women are pregnant and fly/walk/drive to America so they give birth in the US and their child adopts all the rights of americans.

Democrats just let it happen and did nothing, at least Trump is doing whats best for the US by trying to close this loophole. Yeah he might fail and people can keep milking the US taxpayer but at least he not afraid to take on the hard to deal with issues.
