The US provided $50m in aid to Mozambique as part of a very worthwhile STD prevention program.

Some of the funds were allocated to Gaza Province ... in Mozambique.

Trump heard about the funding, didn't realise there was a Gaza in Africa, and then made up the story about Hamas using the money to buy condoms and make water bombs out of them.
