A former Trump supporter jailed over the US Capitol riots has said she's rejected the president's pardon after seeing through the "MAGA cult".
Pamela Hemphill told Sky's The News Hour with Mark Austin it would be a "slap in the face to the rule of law, the Capitol police officers and to our nation".
Ms Hemphill was jailed for 60 days for her role and admitted she was part of what she now calls the "MAGA cult".
She said the Capitol attack "was an insurrection" and she didn't "want to be a part of helping them rewrite history" by accepting the pardon and having her conviction erased.
"I was guilty. I pleaded guilty," she added.

America is a republic. It's citizens have every right to take control of their House of Representatives and tell them which president to appoint. That's why Americans have guns. 11 people were taken hostage by the government for upholding their constitutional rights to take arms to the Capitol Jan 6.

This woman took part in a perfectly legal revolution - a harmless walking tour - then fell on her hands and knees to surrender. You know what is typically done to people like that, right?
The new Attorney General has a list of names. They will be arrested and sentenced any day now, it's only a matter of time. Mr Trump has called for the death sentence for arch-traitor, Mark Milley. He spoke out against the Leader and will be arrested immediately. Mr Trump has committed to carrying this out.
Mr Trump has made plans to have the Department of Justice placed under the direct command of the White House. This will allow him to sign off on the executions himself. This is a significant reform, as I'm sure you'll agree.
This woman's a traitor, totally brainwashed by the MSM. Typically, the first step in a presidential pardon is an acknowledgement of guilt and some form of contrition. Clearly, the legal process has taught this woman nothing.
She should be re-arrested as an Enemy of the People and dispensed with in due haste. The time for talking's over. The new administration plans to get down to business, and judicial reform is the first thing on the Leader's list.
