Who would have ever thought the United States injustice system could be so corrupted....A President can commit crimes and not face any accountability....Presidents can pardon their families and violent criminals despite their guilt and lack of remorse....America is so corrupt is it any wonder a convicted fellon is now leading their Nation....What a bullshit system the Yank's have created!!!

The justice system you have so much faith in when you call Trump a convicted felon when I doubt you even know what his conviction was.

Now you are also complaining the very same system is corrupt.

A cult....A narcissist....Guilty....Allowed to walk free....At least one cult member has seen through Trump's bullshit!!!

Quote:
Former 'MAGA cult' member rejects Capitol riot pardon from 'narcissist' Trump

Pamela Hemphill says the mass reprieve could embolden far-right extremist groups such as the Proud Boys and lead to more violence.

A former Trump supporter jailed over the US Capitol riots has said she's rejected the president's pardon after seeing through the "MAGA cult".

Pamela Hemphill told Sky's The News Hour with Mark Austin it would be a "slap in the face to the rule of law, the Capitol police officers and to our nation".

Ms Hemphill was jailed for 60 days for her role and admitted she was part of what she now calls the "MAGA cult".

She said the Capitol attack "was an insurrection" and she didn't "want to be a part of helping them rewrite history"
by accepting the pardon and having her conviction erased.

"I was guilty. I pleaded guilty," she added.

He has also gone around the Judges again by pardoning two police officers who were convicted for killing a man in a police chase that was unauthorised, two police officers who were found guilty by a jury of their peers. But apparently this isn't good enough for Trump, so he has pardoned them.

Judge Beryl Howell, who was the chief of the DC District Court at the time of the riot said, “No ‘process of national reconciliation’ can begin when poor losers, whose preferred candidate loses an election, are glorified for disrupting a constitutionally mandated proceeding in Congress and doing so with impunity. No ‘national injustice’ occurred here, just as no outcome-determinative election fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential election. That merely raises the dangerous specter of future lawless conduct by other poor losers and undermines the rule of law,” Howell added.

Howell, like several of the other judges in DC’s federal court this week, agreed to dismiss pending Capitol riot cases because Trump’s Justice Department no longer wants to prosecute them.

But Chutkan and Howell refused to grant the Justice Department its request for dismissal “with prejudice” for three Capitol riot defendants, including one who was a Proud Boys extremist group chapter leader. Instead, the two judges simply dismissed three rioters’ cases, leaving open the possiblity charges could be brought again later.

“In hundreds of cases like this one over the past four years, judges in this district have administered justice without fear or favor,” Chutkan also wrote. “The historical record established by those proceedings must stand, unmoved by political winds, as a testament and as a warning.”

He was sentenced to sentenced to 41 months in prison for wearing a clown costume -  WTF?

Jacob Chansley pleaded guilty and served 18 months for obstructing police, carrying a spear into the US Senate, sitting in the Speaker's chair for selfies and obstructing the peaceful transfer of power during the only breach of the Capitol in US history.

He deeply regretted his actions and accepted his sentence. He admitted to threatening police and said he felt terrible for causing, as he put it, fear in others.

"I have no excuse," Chansley said. "No excuses whatsoever. My behavior is indefensible."

And not just that. "I am truly, truly repentant for my actions, because repentance is not just saying you're sorry," he said. "Repentance is apologising and then moving in the exact opposite direction of the sin that you committed".

Fair enough. I guess he's repented on his repentance. You get that, no?

Panther's done it plenty of times.

You?
