Replacement?

He won the election, he is the President.

He should not simply be replaced. 

He should stop lying though and embrace reality.

Putin was waiting for trump to finish NATO off for him, once and for all. Trump was well on the way to that when he lost to Biden. Once Biden won, Putin had no more reason to wait.
