In many sports women are worthy of watching not for how they look but how they compete!

It was an absolute cracker of a game that could easily went either way.

I enjoy tennis, mens and women and too see a battle like that play out in a final is fantastic!

I get a little concerned at the crowd but for the final they didn’t resort to the common uncouth behaviour we now have a name for worldwide.

The talking heads in the media need be sacked asap.

Just really second rate journalist’s talking to first rate athletes channel 9 can do without!

A fantastic final in a world watching event and this the ( poor) quality of reporting on hand-

“Her miserable night was summed up by one brutal question from a journalist in her post-match press conference.

She was asked: “How much does it hurt inside to miss the match point, miss the first final here, and miss the chance to become No. 1 again?”

She responded: “You have to experience that to know.”

What a hole to ask such a question?

What did said “ journalist” achieve today?
