IMO, J. H. Tilden didn't have a lot of knowledge, about the benefit of a good, healthy diet.

It seems difficult for me to believe,

I have noticed recently in the legacy MSM......
Some ['health' industry? and WOKE] 'interests' who desire to change and control our health narrative,
have been been denigrating the use of BMI [as a useful metric, of normal body size].....because its use as a 'tool', can 'unfairly' shame 'fat' people ?

e.g.

and is "being used to arbitrarily disqualify bigger bodies"

Yeah.

People like myself are actively imposing that circumstance UPON them.

I watched the doco on SBS last night.

And watching it, simply 'reinforced all of my existing prejudices'.

The terminal decline.......of modern Western Culture.

.......the plug hole approaches, as we swirl towards it......
