Rapist's Approval Rating

Trump initial second-term approval rating among lowest in decades

President Trump, early in his second term, is earning an approval rating among the lowest in decades, a survey found.

A poll, released Thursday by Gallup, found that 47 percent of respondents support Trump’s term so far, just above the 45 percent he earned at this point during his first term.

It’s a rating that places him below all other elected presidents since 1953. He remains the only elected commander in chief with an approval rating below 50 percent, the survey found.

“Trump remains the only elected president with sub-50% initial approval ratings, and his latest disapproval rating (48%) is three percentage points higher than in 2017.”

Gallup released its final preelection assessment asking respondents how they feel about the presidential and vice-presidential candidates based on a favorable and unfavorable opinion.

Approximately 49% of Americans have a favorable view of Harris compared to 44% viewing Trump favorably. Tim Walz, Harris’ running mate, has a higher favorable rating at 45% than JD Vance, Trump’s vice-presidential pick, at 39%.

Biden finished with an approval rating of 36, is that a record low for a president.

So the approval for the president has picked up 11 points in Trumps first couple of days, I think that is a record for the highest improvement for a president in decades.

But even trump couldnt beat Biden, Jan 2021 trump 34%.
