Like the 'most liveable city' polls, etc. All structured to who pays what.
Finland was polled as the most 'depressed people in the world's. Then with some good marketing paid for, they suddenly had a turn around in just 2 years as the most happiest people in the world.

Polls in the past 5 years have been proven to be consistently wrong.
