Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

71% percent of Palestinians supported the mass killings of innocent Israeli's.

Now they want to sue Dutton for discrimination and inciting racial hatred through public statements following the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, 2023.

Bring it on.

One of the comments complainants raised was from July last year, in which they claimed Mr Dutton suggested electing Muslim political candidates among other independents would be a "disaster".

"I think what it does demonstrate is that the prime minister, if he's in a minority government in the next term of parliament, it will include the Greens, it'll include the Green-teals, it'll include Muslim candidates from Western Sydney, it will be a disaster," Mr Dutton said.

The complaint alleges Mr Dutton's commentary impacted "Palestinian-Australian, Arab-Australian and Muslim-Australian complainants" who believed that "Mr Dutton [was] portraying Palestinians and Muslims as less than human or lacking human qualities".
   Cry Cry Cry

"They felt dehumanised, essentialised and humiliated as an 'Other' who does not and should not matter to Australia," the complaint read..

What a load of bollocks.
