.. but the judge has given her a warning about such behaviour - meaning that she got off on 'first offence' and the inability of a jury to determine whether she had INTENT to abuse and denigrate .. just like the bloke got off for shooting his enemy in Melbadishu after he went there with a loaded pistol to confront him...
