you're intoxicated.

Sam Kerr has taken to the stand to give evidence and be cross-examined in her trial on a charge of racially aggravated harassment against a police officer.

She told the court she called policeman Stephen Lovell "stupid and white" because she felt she was being treated differently because of her skin colour, but didn't mean to harass him.

What's next?
Sam Kerr's cross-examination is expected to continue on Thursday when the trial resumes.

The driver then phoned police, who advised him to drive the pair to the nearest police station — something Ms Kerr said she wasn't told at the time.

In the video, both Ms Kerr and Ms Mewis tell officers they repeatedly begged to be let out of the taxi but weren't allowed by the driver.

Both claim they were being held against their will and were scared for their lives.

Ms Mewis said she broke the window because she was scared before Ms Kerr crawled out through it.

"Let's be clear about this — do you still believe that the taxi driver was kidnapping you?"

"Yes."

I reckon she'll get off scot free because she thought she was being kidnapped.

So they didn't see or hear the driver in his battered security cage on the phone to police....... so they thought they were being kidnapped.... so they smashed the window to get out ...

I dunno... sounds like:- "I demand my way one way or another" ... and like a lot of adding-in to the story after the event to make it all look different....

Pissed sheilas on the rampage.... I hesitate to offer a strictly legal explanation of their position, but I'd say that - technically - they're f

I haven't been watching it closely but I thought when she rang the police they said your coming to the police station and hung up. Something like that anyway.
