DL's VP compared him to Hitler, dear. As did John Bolton, Bill Barr, his own niece and disgruntled former lawyer Mike, who'd heard he kept a book of Hitler's speeches on his bedside table.
Ivana said he never read it. He preferred to watch TV.
DL used to gloat about Hitler in the Oval Office, saying how Hitler was oh-so misunderstood and should be viewed a lot more favourably by historians for doing some good things.
DL credits Hitler with building the Autobahn and the Reichstag. Hitler never built the Autobahn, but rebuilt the Reichstag after deliberately burning down the old one.
John Bolton used to suggest that he shouldn't do his pro-Hitler rant around European leaders. Not only did it make him look dumb, but they weren't big fans of Hitler.
DL liked to challenge him on the last point. DL thought they needed educating on Hitler's merits. If only politicians today had the same kind of courage to do what it takes, he said.
John Bolton said he didn't know if gassing six million Jews took courage.
The big fella said he admired the organisation.
John Bolton reflected on how he'd never worked with anyone more disorganized than DL.
Anyway, DL's just cancelled Bolton's security, so it's all good. The Iranians should take him out any day now.
No wonder the left are failing, eh?
