FACT IS. America rejected the British political format (unlike us) to follow the mainland European political format of Archaic Western political ideology that FALLS BACK into the past to the OLD Roman-Athenian political ideology.
Germany stuck to it and they turned into Nazis.
France is sticking to it and their cracks are showing like a gay self destruction.
Italy (& Greece) will also FAIL. The MAFIA taking control with the funding of the Vatican who will choose GOLD before GOD. Even Nazism makes a comeback with Greece attacking Turkey.

Only Great Britain doesn't follow the 'all roads lead to Rome' path. It follows the World as a whole and adapts into the future.

This is why that any element or faction in Australian politics that follows the American way of this archaic Leftism, is pure WEAKNESS & CORRUPTION.
Hell. Look at WHO has been pumping anti-British Republicanism here with a pro-American 'President' as head of (51st USA) State... 'media celebrities'  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes.

Trump's only 'core' flaw is his eye of the storm adoption of making American politics in tune with the British format for a global benefit. Of course, he will fail to make this permanent. But he has succeeded in showing the world why it can't be trusted as the 'political heir' currently. Hence why America under its archaic western direction leads to a dead end for any who follow it.
Russia and China might not follow it directly.
But they sure are just like it competitively.

So good on Trump for giving it a go.
Just like everyone in this world who follow the true path into the future with real Western (British) Politics that carries the cross for TRUTH, not money or power.
...but of course, the Left hold onto the past because it's all that they 'know', rather than what there is to be known.

Reckon you Lefties can kiss my ring on that one. Wink

Imagine if Hillary sent a hit squad of unelected, unvetted and unaccountable private citizens into various government departments, forcibly gaining access to information they have no right to, then exfiltrating and storing it on private servers, including personal tax, social security, medicare/medicaid information.

Would we get "nah, she's just one of the knitting circle, don't take it her so seriously"?

Different case.

Of course it is Cheesy Cheesy.

Trump likes to joke and he likes attention
He is no threat to the citizens

Musk likes to invent and repurpose business for efficiency
He is no threat to the citizens

Hilary liked to have power.
She has lusted after It all her life
It's what the Clinton's lived for
Hence its good she never got to exercise her passion

All Trump cares about is power.  Why do you think he's leaving policy to those behind Project 2025.

As long as he's installed as the emperor, he doesn't care how exploited the people are.

You're seeing this in action.

And Trump's administration has been actively targeting American citizens.  How is that not a threat to them?

Are you OK Scoot?  Your logic is flawed and your hypocircy is off the scale, even for you.

Please go smile in the mirror, make sure you're not having trouble lifting one side of your face, like our dear leader was recently.

oh skippy

stop the melodrama

people will rise and fall based on personal endeavour, not on anything trump or biden did or does.

and i stand by my assertion re trump.

the absolute WORST person to give power to is someone who doesnt have much else going on.

you give power to an angry school crossing monitor or some security guy at the airport and they will fall in love with having power over others.

guys like trump and musk....they have so much going on, they grip power very loosely.

trump likes attention...he loves it, but thats a long way off loving power.

he has no plans nor desire to invade other countries

hilary loved meddling in other countries

trump is america first and who gives an f about the rest of the world

thats not the behaviour of some power hungry dictator.

he wants to play a bit of golf, dismantle washington (where the real power freaks hang out) and chill

and its indesputable the real power freaks hang out in washington

in districts that voted 96 % democrat

if that doesnt say something about the power and control junkies  and what their political affilitions are, i dont know what does

Authorised by the president.

You are making up shyte about unaccountable, forcibly, no right to, private servers,  personal tax, social security, medicaid.

The President does not have the power to override The Privacy Act of 1974, The Fourth Amendment or The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

DOGE is not a government agency, so these are private citizens and as such, the President cannot override the law and the constitution in these cases.

They have undergone no official vetting and could be foreign agents for all we know.

They're forcing their way into buildings and then using private security to prevent the authorised people from entering.  It is not acceptable, be it Trump, Kamala, Biden, Hillary, Obama, Bush, whoever.

The law and the separation of powers are there for a reason.

Just because it's your guy sitting in the Oval Office does not make this behaviour ok.

If you still think it does, then the rule of law and all the excuses you gave why Kamala couldn't be trusted will be been exposed as the bullshit lies they were.

The unelectected judge doesnt have the power to hide info from the prez on behalf of the political opponents of the prez.

Musk has presidential authority to look into the books.  DOGE = The White House's Department of Government Efficiency. "Elon Musk is a special government employee and has abided by all applicable federal laws."

To be clear, what the @DOGE  team and @USTreasury have jointly agreed makes sense is the following:

- Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits. This is frequently left blank, making audits almost impossible.

- All payments must also include a rationale for the payment in the comment field, which is currently left blank. Importantly, we are not yet applying ANY judgment to this rationale, but simply requiring that SOME attempt be made to explain the payment more than NOTHING!

- The DO-NOT-PAY list of entities known to be fraudulent or people who are dead or are probable fronts for terrorist organizations or do not match Congressional appropriations must actually be implemented and not ignored. Also, it can currently take up to a year to get on this list, which is far too long. This list should be updated at least weekly, if not daily.

The above super obvious and necessary changes are being implemented by existing, long-time career government employees, not anyone from @DOGE
. It is ridiculous that these changes didn’t exist already!

Yesterday, I was told that there are currently over $100B/year of entitlements payments to individuals with no SSN or even a temporary ID number. If accurate, this is extremely suspicious.

When I asked if anyone at Treasury had a rough guess for what percentage of that number is unequivocal and obvious fraud, the consensus in the room was about half, so $50B/year or $1B/week!!

This is utterly insane and must be addressed immediately.
https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1888314848477376744

To ins i st breathlessly that DOGE is doing anything illegal or unauthorised is total bullshit.

STEP FORWARD,  Sad, Sprinti, paki, mince-o. Bullshit on.

These judges were appointed by the President and must be confirmed by the Senate.  They have the duty to uphold the law and the authority to do so.  If Trump chooses to operate outside the law, it is their* job to defend the law.

Your problem should be with the President, he is the one whose actions are in the wrong.

Quote:
Musk has presidential authority to look into the books.  DOGE = The White House's Department of Government Efficiency. "Elon Musk is a special government employee and has abided by all applicable federal laws."

And so have the judges.

By your logic and standards, you've just admitted that the Judges are operating with more authority than DOGE.

Come back to me once DOGE has been approved by the Senate.

But really, you're just defending Trump for the sake of it now.  You're in the wrong, you know it, it's just you can't fathom the thought of your dear leader having an L...

Of course not, and it shouldn't stop you from sharing them.

It's just that you're constantly making excuses for Trump no matter what he does, then you complain about those you disagree with no matter what they do.

It paints you as a loyalist sycophant and we know pretty much what you're going to say, before you say it.

But it is interesting reading how you're justifying being a total hypocrite.  The reasons you give as to why you condemn those you do are simply convenient excuses to push your support for one person over another, you don't believe in the reasons you give since you're incapable of applying them to Trump.

i think the hypocricy is with the left who think trump is a power hungry ogre, when its obvious that washington is the home of power hungry ogres and washington voted 96 % democrat. Cry Cry Cry

i'm an aussie leroy.

would i vote for trump if i was a yank?

yeah probably.

i admire people who never give up

i also think a lot of people were motivated by him getting clipped in the ear.

to be hinest, if someone shot me in the ear, i would say

"f this, it aint worth it"

and as an 80 yo guy, he had every right to say that

but he got back up and said fight fight fight

thats pretty rare.

and many hypocrites on the left refuse to admit that was pretty admirable

maybe they are "hypocrites"  Smiley

Stop taking him so seriously

Imagine if Hillary sent a hit squad of unelected, unvetted and unaccountable private citizens into various government departments, forcibly gaining access to information they have no right to, then exfiltrating and storing it on private servers, including personal tax, social security, medicare/medicaid information.

Would we get "nah, she's just one of the knitting circle, don't take it her so seriously"?

These judges were appointed by the President and must be confirmed by the Senate.

Only SCOTUS judges.
This one isnt.
