Fantastic.
Covid has killed over 1.2 million Americans in the past 5 years.
32,000 Covid deaths in 2024 alone.
Covid is still killing between 500 and 1,000 Americans a week (but flu deaths are actually more at the moment).
"Bird flu" about to become the next big pandemic (which will make Covid look like that "mild respiratory virus" and "just a cold" that nearly everyone has been led to believe it now is).
And, evidence is starting to emerge that H5N1 could be airborne:

New evidence confirms H5N1 can spread through the air.
In the Czech Republic, identical strains were found 8 km apart across high-biosecurity farms, with windborne plumes driving transmission.

If HPAI can travel on the wind, standard biosecurity isn’t enough.
The virus isn’t just jumping farms, it’s moving in ways that make containment nearly impossible with current measures.
But, I'm sure this will be ignored/denied by governments worldwide (especially the US Government) for as long as possible... just like they did with Covid. And by then it will be too late, of course.
You can wash your hands all day, every day and it won't stop
airborne viruses but governments are too afraid to mention the m(ask) word nowadays because of all the antivaxxers and antimaskers.
And having to wear masks upsets business and the economy apparently. Especially the airline industry (which is mostly responsible for spreading all these illnesses worldwide).
And with the 'Unholy Trinity' of
Trump, Musk and RFK Jr.... oops, sorry - that should be Musk, Trump and RFK Jr. running things in the US, what could possibly go wrong?
What a great time to be alive (for now, at least). I'm shuddering to think of how many more tens or hundreds of millions of people will be dead worldwide (especially in the US) in about 4 years time.
