FAFO…. Stupid looking Trans moron…

Quote:
Today the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) sent a letter to the Maine Department of Education Commissioner Pender Makin announcing that OCR is initiating a directed investigation of the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) amid allegations that it continues to allow male athletes to compete in girls’ interscholastic athletics and that it has denied female athletes female-only intimate facilities, thereby violating federal antidiscrimination law,” the DOE said in a press release.

“The letter also notifies MDOE that OCR is launching an investigation into Maine School Administrative District #51 (MSAD #51), after it was reported that Greely High School, a school under its jurisdiction, is continuing to allow at least one male student to compete in girls’ categories.”

Acting assistant secretary for civil rights Craig Trainor added:

“Maine would have you believe that it has no choice in how it treats women and girls in athletics – that is, that it must follow its state laws and allow male athletes to compete against women and girls. Let me be clear: If Maine wants to continue to receive federal funds from the Education Department, it has to follow Title IX. If it wants to forgo federal funds and continue to trample the rights of its young female athletes, that, too, is its choice. OCR will do everything in its power to ensure taxpayers are not funding blatant civil rights violators.”

Trump has brought so many frivolous cases before the Courts, they ought to ban him as a vexatious litigant.

Back in the 70s, 80s, 90s, even 2000s he’d have been taken care of in the locker rooms… smacking pervert cheat

Quote:
On Monday night, a biological boy calling himself “Katie Spencer” from Greely High School in Cumberland, Maine, easily won first place in the girls’ state championship meet.

Fox News reported that he outleaped every female by at least half a foot.

Adding insult to injury, Spencer’s pole vault was the main reason his track and field team won the Class B state championship meet by ONE POINT.

Maine GOP State Rep. Laurel Libby also revealed another outrageous fact on Facebook: “Katie Spencer” had competed as John Rydzewski in the boy’s pole vault just one year ago and won fifth place. He then started competing as a girl in June 2024.

Maine high schooler on transgender athlete controversy, "It never should have happened."

Zoe Hutchins, a Senior attending Lawrence High School in Fairfield, said that her teammate had to compete against a transgender athlete during the Class B Indoor Track and Field State Championship.

"My friend who had to directly compete against him kept saying it's just not fair, and she is right. It is not fair, and it never should have happened," Hutchins said.

Zoe explained that she was a trans-teacher and felt she was qualified to be head teacher. 'I always felt wrong in a student's body and identify with top positions'. The school head has resigned and Zoe is now on a big salary at the High School.

Principals maybe, but not constitutional law.

That said there is nothing stopping the President from doing it. As in previous cases it would have to be decided in the courts.....after the fact.....with the United States Supreme Court the final arbiter if it gets that far, & SCOTUS agrees to hear it......and that is if/until the President orders it done the next time, where the long lists of appeals in court were finally settled.

If the President orders any allocated funds withheld it could easily spend many months going through litigation prior to any allocations.....& IMHO most would prefer out-of-court arbitration, because it probably would be faster, as opposed to months of litigation.

A law is only as good as the fortitude & strength of those willing to enforce it.

He is a bully that threatens everyone. He mostly loses in court. Not much chance of winning this one either.

Yes, before he became President. Regardless, if he wanted to disrupt the money from getting to where he doesn't want it to go, even if he looses, it could take many months before it is fully litigated.....& what he wanted to disrupt may have already been accomplished. ...

Yes, he threatens everyone but he particularly likes to bully women.

Why?

a) he's a coward, and

b) he's a misogynist
