European leaders in France, Poland, Sweden, Finland, the Baltics and others have been itching to take Putin on but have been held back by the US and its promise of a diplomatic solution out of a war all Europeans know is inevitable.

Now that the Yankists have revealed their hands and any 'deal' with Ukraine would be used as a bargaining chip for Putin to one-up, they've been liberated from Yankism.

Utterly cringeworthy performance by Trump and Vance. Zelensky was far more patient than anyone has a right to expect, but at least now he knows exactly where he stands and can seek solutions elsewhere without wasting time with the US.
