The VP and press are not included in negotiating sessions but they were present for the Trump–Zelensky negotiation?

A ceasefire is something Ukraine can never agree too: it would allow the ruzzians to repair roads, bring up supplies, ordnance and more troops. Only way a ceasefire could be agreed to by Ukraine is if there were security guarantees.
