And Trump has shown the world just how bad he is at negotiating.

Trumps' idea of negotiating is to sue in the Courts. He can't do that with another country. So we are seeing just how bad he really is at negotiating.

Why do you think the russians were so keen to get trump elected

Bingo.

Putin would've been pissing himself with laughter watching that circus in the Oval Office. Trump is doing exactly what Putin was hoping he would do and he isn't disappointed. Trump is a dictator fanboy, plain and simple.

The true issue is what choice has Ukraine?

They can keep defending their homeland.

What we are seeing is Zelensky's inability to get a deal. Its up to the people of Ukraine to decide if they want to get peace. Trump is just a mediator. Trump does not represent Ukraine or Russia, they have to make a deal not Trump.

As Trump is mentally unstable, he'll be on a staff-firing safari after this...

At last, DOGE might get the savings it's after!

What we're seeing is a world leader with the spine of Churchill...

A leader who'll defend his country over selling it down the river to Yankist trash.

The worst thing Zelensy could have done would have been to sign that deal with Yankists.

The ink wouldn't have been dry and the Yankists would've been taking it to Putin to sell it off for a better deal.

Good for Zelensky, he is going to continue with his war against Putin, more people will die.

You're a halfwit... Dictators don't do deals where their survival depends on militaristic imperialism and the perception of strength and dominance over perceived weaker states.

Europe needs to amass troops along the Polish and Baltic borders to show Putin he will not be able to stay in Ukraine at any price he can afford.

You can't have a sane conversation - much less a negotiation - with a supremely arrogant narcissist like Trump. Any negotiation will invariably be about Trump, not Ukraine, and how it will make him look. To be clear, Trump couldn't care less about Ukraine. He hated Zelenskyy since he refused to investigate Hunter Biden, and this lead to Trumps' first impeachment.

Some things are worth dying for.

Would you die in defence of Australia? Or would you sell the country out so you can live on your knees?

Is Trump stopping them from doing that, what steps is Europe taking now after three years, what are they doing to stop the killing. What options have Europe put forward?

My bet is that Trump knew Zelensky wasn't going to sell his country down the river with a 'deal' before that meeting and set up Vance and that reporter, Brian Glenn, to hit Zelensky hard expecting he wouldn't be able to get up...

Trump got a shock when Zelensky, as all world leaders will soon be doing, stood up to him.

Yankists put him in power... but wait until their stock market crashes.

After this half-c~nted attempt at a stitch-up, I'd bet European leaders are going to find their inner Churchill...
