You can't just assume everyone is a criminal until proven otherwise - it doesn't work that way.
The onus is on those who believe someone has committed a crime to provide the proof.
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
But... but... but.... but .... aren't Abos all criminals by default and guilty upon accusation? And men dragged into court under the Wrongful 'DV and AV laws' who are afforded zero chance of any defence and are arbitrarily subjected to the impositions of a court without any wrong having been proven? And what about Deuce Bigbelow? Wasn't he 'guilty' upon accusation by the virtuous one, and then by some Catholic judge with clear memories of the back of the pulpit and his own personal clear knowledge of the utter lust of Men?
Aren't all men guilty upon accusation? It's been that way since Civilisation Day 1788 - and not just 'against' the Abos - it's been a hardened central support of our 'social structure and culture' here in Australia since Day One of Civilisation....
Jut when we were making some progress - and Royal Commissions were unearthing what many cops did - just stop any bloke at random who just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time etc, and then charge him with anything you want - knowing that the 'courts' would universally support any fantasy you present - and cops were being told they were not to do this, many were 'retired' quietly, and recruitment and training was changed drastically to exclude the evil ones, and even the 'courts' were starting to wake up to what they had been doing for decades..... along came the f

cking feminists and the likes of Bob Carr introduced the madness of 'if thou are accused of 'violence' by a woman, you will be deemed guilty on accusation, so as to facilitate the state removing from you and the community legally owned and registered firearms, while at the same time creating a new breed of 'criminal' - the Created Criminal - created out of pure imagination, so that we can discount your views and your rights at our whim ad you can't interfere with our smooth running of the State to suit ourselves and our mates.
Thus countless people who have been fitted up with 'minor offences' are most likely to have never done anything to anyone..... Evil Is As Evil Does!! Wyatt Earp's vendetta was between his and another group of 'law officers' - only one of which could be in the right......
When True Justice comes to them all- and you've my word on it that it will - this excuse will not suffice - there is a lesson there for all your dork-heads.... you start the road to the camps the moment you applaud an innocent man being done down on 'feelings':-
