Nancy and the rest of them are starting to sh!t themselves as the midterm elections are just around the corner, this Swamp is gunna get drained.

"Next to the Second Amendment (the right to bear arms), Americans worship their Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches or seizure of their property."
They are playing with fire now.

They found stolen government documents and piles of them. He was asked to return then and Trump didn't They negotiated and Trump didn't return the stolen documents they subpoenaed them and Trump returned 15 boxes of Documents.

Trumps Lawyer signed a document saying that there were no more documents.

The FBI discovered that there were many more documents involved and asked for them - they were not returned.

The FBI subpoenaed the documents and didn't have them returned so they got a court order to go and recover the stolen government property.

Donald should do a significant amount of time for this.

If the FBI are to be criticised it would be the other way around. Any normal citizen holding onto such a stash of government documents would have been raided on day 1. This is heading for 2 years with no action taken on a criminal national security compromise till last week.

What about Obama?
Doesn't he still have 3 million documents?

Should Obama do a significant amount of time for that ?

The official Archive have confirmed that they have all the Obama documents. This claim was always BS.

Link

"[T]he National Archives and Records Administration, or NARA, which preserves and maintains records after a president leaves office, confirmed on Friday afternoon that Mr. Obama had turned over his documents — classified and unclassified — as required under the Presidential Records Act of 1978."

Obama did not keep classified documents, the National Archives confirms.

He has a library full of government documents, what's more he walked out the door with them.

I know, right? Mr Trump should know, dear. He had Bill Barr on the case for two years.

And get this: not one Obama-appointed FBI director approved a subpoena to search Obama's crib.

Bill always was a RINO in disguise, no?

Correct.

The "declassified" nonsense is just a diversion.

Declassified or not, he broke the law.

Only allegedly, Greggery. If it was so bad, why is Mr Trump allowed out on day release?

How clever is Trump, He declassified the documents that the FBI planted almost 2 years before it happened, that is pure genius.

Or was it the documents that he claimed that he didn't have ?
Or the 15 boxes of documents that he originally claimed to not have that he already returned ?
Or was it the documents that he didn't have that the FBI found that he did have ?

How did the FBI find piles of documents after the Trump legal team signed off on a statement saying that all documents had been returned ?

When Trump is saying that he put a lock on the room with the documents because the FBI asked him to was that admitting that he had the documents that he didn't have ?

How does declassifying the documents make any difference to anything ?

Bloody hilarious. Declassified  Grin At least Trump put a lock on the door after the FBI told him to, wouldn't want those nuclear bomb codes just blowing in the wind.

Just so. It all goes to show the character of the man, no?

Matty's right, leftards. Mr Trump's suffered enough here. Let's give him a break, okay?

I trust that puts the matter to rest.

Oh, one last thing, Matty - what should we do with Hillary?

I'm sure Rudy will get this sorted out in court.

Oh, wait a minute ...

"Donald Trump’s former attorney Rudy Giuliani is a target of the criminal investigation in Georgia that has been examining efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election in that state by the former president and his allies, a source briefed on the matter confirmed on Monday.

"The move to designate Giuliani, 78, as a target – as opposed to a subject – raises the legal stakes for the ex-New York mayor, identified as a key figure in the attempt to reverse the former president’s electoral defeat to Joe Biden in the state."

Is there an indictment just around the corner?

Hard to say, Matty. I hardly think you'd be declassifying Melania's unmentionables, dear.

I doubt you'd go declassifying anything remotely embarrassing either. Why else would you go to all the trouble of carting home 50 boxes of files to hide in the basement?

Obama took his, scanned and indexed them and handed them all over to the national archives to a good little ex-law professor.

Whatever do you think Dear Leader's trying to hide?

Seems like an awfully large number of documents to bury your golf handicap, no?

And that's okay. Look, Mr Trump's done with Rudy, Greggery. Rudy had the hyde to stiff him with a  bill for his work on the erection.

I'd say Rudy's going have to bargain up on this one. He'll be reaching for the vault. He always did have the scent of a rat, Mr Trump never trusted the ungrateful bastard.

It took Sloppy Steve four years to work his way back up. The way Rudy's going, he'll be on the shit list with Mike Cohen before this one's done.

We'll have to wait and see what happens, no?

The notice that Giuliani was now a target of the Georgia investigation came on Monday from the office of Fulton county district attorney Fani Willis, the source said. Being identified as a target means only that a person may be a defendant in the event of an indictment.

Fanni, eh??  This Fanni?

It takes a turd, a duck and a khunt to take this seriously.
