I had a banana sandwich, here is the recipe, get some fresh white bread and butter, slice up a banana and that's it.

Is that all?

That's not enough to feed a mouse.   Grin

And a half a dozen crumpets with vegemite and cheese and a six pack for desert.

Sounds so healthy - you'll live till 100.   Grin

During the week i forage and hunt out in the jungle and eat well, i will easy make the ton.

Went to a nice Thai place at Newtown tonight. Getting into the car now. See if I can grab a pic.

Bugs in a garlic/butter sauce, tiger prawns, some leftover Xmas ham and a cherry tomato salad with fresh tomatoes from a client's garden

Perfect after a day on the beach

I had a nice beef curry and Basmati rice.
It was cooked with onions and red capsicum
and I used Clive of India curry powder.
Yes - I had 2 identical serves as per below.
It was perfect.

I didn't want a full meal after such a hot day.
I went for a small steak with Dijon mustard,
asparagus with some stone baked bread and butter.
It hit the spot - very nice.

Well .... we've just finished off our second Christmas ham so the bone plus offcuts are currently in the pressure cooker as I'm making a hearty pea and ham soup (ie thick stew) for today/tonight. House smells yummy atm 😋

A lot of spices and oils, cutting up a pineapple and stuffing around for sweet n sour pork with rice for tonight’s dinner on the Thermomix.
The meal was yum but the mess!
