Just so.

The judicial ruling is totally wrong and stupid. If 'piss off back to Pakistan' is Islamophobic and racist then so is every attack on white, British people and institutions by Aborigines, Muslims and others. But justice Stewart would not rule such attacks to be wacist or leukophobia because wacism is always only one way.

Perhaps 18c should be so tested. It is a stupid legislation, way too broad and easily exploited by the likes of Faruqi at al.
