{To be inserted into the Constitution - just before Rules.}

Exceptional circumstances

Where an administrator becomes corrupted by his/her own idealism and a petition to remove the said administrator becomes blocked, deleted or difficult to access - then the owner of Political Animal may be requested to intervene and remove the administrative control by using proxy votes if necessary.

The discharged administrator will forfeit his eligibility to nominate him/herself or be nominated as administrator in the ensuing election.

{Perhaps "exceptional circumstances" could be clarified as a sub-clause}

Meaning of "exceptional circumstances": Where an administrator loses sight of his duties and becomes the master and not the servant and cannot fulfill his duties under the Constitution; for example...interferes with a member's log in ability, logs into a membership without permission, imposes unfair and harsh conditions on selected members but not others, bans members on a personal whim and ignores repeated requests of members.
